Shipping Policy

Main Street Vintage Market ships to all addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Free Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch
- Large Items (Permanent Gazebos, Wooden Structures): 5-10 business days. These items may ship via freight due to size and weight.
- Accessories and Small Items: 3-5 business days
Shipping Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the product size and destination. Freight shipping is used for large permanent gazebo structures, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery window.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for large items requiring freight delivery
- We do not ship internationally at this time
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mainstreetvintagemarket.com or +1 (334) 568-9744. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes mark items delivered early) and then contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
