Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been assembled, used, or installed
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Custom or special-order products
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@mainstreetvintagemarket.com with your order number and the reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to: 2910 Main St, Millbrook, AL 36054
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Wrong item received: Return shipping is free. We will send the correct item at no charge.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice. Do not attempt to assemble or use damaged products.
Missing Parts
If your gazebo or accessory is missing parts or hardware, contact us right away. We will ship the missing components at no cost. Do not return the entire product for missing parts — we can resolve this faster by sending replacements.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
